Some people have found loopholes in the system and exploit them to save money and make more of it. CEO's may make less than you. In salary. CEO's are given a large amount of incentive stocks to gauge as performance pay. Which is where a CEO will get most of their glorious amounts of money.Unless the company they are running tanks into the ground.
